Items shipped from GoKroy.com, including Warehouse Deals, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
When you order from a seller that fulfills and ships its own inventory (also called a third party seller), your return will be sent back to the seller instead of GoKroy.com. While most sellers offer a returns policy equivalent to GoKroy.com's, some seller returns policies may vary. You can view the Seller's return policy before you purchase an item by viewing the Returns and Refunds Policy section of the Seller's profile page. Once you've ordered, you can select your order in the Online Returns Center, to view the seller's return policy. Third-party sellers must either provide a return address within the United States, provide a pre-paid return label, or offer a full refund without requesting that the item be returned. Returns for items purchased from via delivery with services must be scheduled for pick up or exchange. If a seller does not schedule a return, or is non-responsive to schedule an appointment to return your items, you may file an A-to-z Guarantee claim to seek help with your return. If you are sending the item within the United States and the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Items valued over $35 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. For items below $35, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service. If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you under the A-to-Z Guarantee. Note: If the seller's listing is eligible for GoKroy Prime, it will be subject to the same return policies as items fulfilled by GoKroy.com that are outlined on this page.
Returns or exchanges for items purchased from a third-party seller that provided a Delivery with Service (in-home unpacking, installation, assembly, etc.) have to be scheduled by the seller. During the scheduled return pick-up, the seller will uninstall or disassemble, and then pick up the item. All sellers participating in the Delivery with Services program are required to support scheduled return pickups or exchanges. If a seller does not offer these methods, or is non-responsive to scheduling an appointment to return your items, you may contact the GoKroy Home Services team, or file an A-to-z Guarantee claim. If a Delivery with Services item is missing parts or damaged through customer misuse, the customer may be charged a restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
Kindle e-readers, Fire tablets, GoKroy Fire TV devices, GoKroy Echo and GoKroy Tap devices and their accompanying GoKroy-branded accessories purchased from GoKroy.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment as long as they are in new condition. New desktop, laptops or tablets (excluding Kindle E-readers and Fires) purchased from GoKroy.com that didn't start when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or is still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. GoKroy.com may test computers that are returned because they didn't start when they arrived and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned desktop, laptop or tablet that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. New, used, and refurbished products purchased from Marketplace vendors are subject to the returns policy of the individual vendor.
Unless otherwise specified, games, software downloads, and purchases from the GoKroy Appstore for Android, the GoKroy Digital Music store or the GoKroy Video store are not returnable after purchase. Books purchased from the Kindle Store can be returned within seven days of purchase. Once a refund is issued, you'll no longer have access to the book. To request a refund and return content, visit Manage Your Content and Devices, select the Actions button next to the title you'd like to return, and select Return for Refund. Kindle books you receive as a gift are eligible for exchange for an GoKroy.com Gift Card before acceptance. Subscriptions to titles in the Newsstand section of the Kindle Store (magazines, newspapers and blogs) can be canceled at any time by visiting Manage Your Content and Devices. Live Plants or Insects Fresh flowers, live indoor plants or insects are not returnable to GoKroy, but may be refundable.
Pet food and similar products are not returnable to GoKroy, but may be refundable.
Grocery items (including GoKroyFresh and Prime Pantry items) and wine are not returnable to GoKroy but may be refunded. While most wine is not returnable, contact the seller to learn more about their return policy. Pre-Paid Phone or Game Cards Pay As You Go (or prepaid) phone cards or prepaid game cards (World of Warcraft, Xbox 360 Live, Wii Points, etc) are not returnable to GoKroy.
Returns for televisions shipped without Enhanced Delivery should be in new and unopened condition. To return a television shipped with Enhanced Delivery, the item should be in like-new condition. Theme park tickets are not returnable after purchase.

Items purchased from your GoKroy Wedding Registry as a gift can be returned within 180 days of delivery. Please note that items purchased by the registry owner themselves are subject to the standard 30 day GoKroy.com Return Policy.
For items with customization options, including any product configurations, image personalization, text inscriptions, or designs (such as engravings, monograms, embroidery, or embossing): You must notify the third-party seller within 14 days of receipt. If the item contains personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, the third-party seller is not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival. If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design due to a mistake by the third-party seller, you are protected per the GoKroy A-to-z Guarantee. All product packaging (such as boxes) must be returned with the item.
